Товар дошёл быстро в целости и сохранности. Возникла проблема когда я открыл принтер и узнал что я заказал экран TM08CFSP01 а мне нужен был PJ08Y2V5 (в продаже он появился позже). Для моего Anycubic Photon Mono X существует два вида экранов , у них несовместимое подключение. Я был огорчён, но что поделать. Написал продавцу, и он подробнейшим образом изложил варианты решения проблемы, а решение проблемы было сделать возврат и заказать новый экран, что я и сделал. Выражаю огромную благодарность продавцу за отзывчивость и помощь в решении моей проблемы. Будьте внимательны!

The screen arrived with some dead pixels, and while I expected not to be able to do anything about it, quite the opposite happened. They're replacing it and it's already on the way. Their representative was understanding and supportive throughout the entire process as well, and made me feel valued and cared for. Al principio tuve problemas con el seguimiento, pero tras hablar con el vendedor se solucionó. La pantalla viene muy bien embalada, llegó perfecta. He hecho alguna pequeña prueba y de momento funciona genial. En el paquete se incluyen pegatinas de goma con forma de tiras, para sellar las uniones de la pantalla.

Belle surprise, écran + map + bandes adhésives très bien protégé, je laisserai un avis après utilisation. Par contre gros retard de livraison, le vendeur m'a renvoyé vers les douanes, la poste et Aliexpress. j'ai donc dû me débrouiller pour trouver mon colis qui était resté bloqué aux Pays Bas.

Changed my screen for the mono X with this one because anycubic did not had them in stock. Installing was easy following the steps anycubic has on the YouTube channel. Installed screen and did a test print, everything works great. Prints are back in full detail. Great screen replacement !. Hope I don't need a new one soon, but if I have I buy this one again ! Fast shipping and really well packed ! I had a rip in the outer cardboard box, but the screen was in another cardboard box with foam sheets.

Unfortunately customs charged me an additional £100 to receive the screens. Which is disappointing and expensive. I did reach out to Chitusystems about delivery etc. But they never replied to my messages. Dont think ill be using them again :(
